1. This redemption system is only available to players who have already created an account in Amatsuki Mahjong. You must enter your correct UID (a 12-digit number), and the system will automatically retrieve the corresponding player name.
2. After entering your player information, you can input a valid redeem code to claim your rewards. Each redeem code can only be used once per account. Once redeemed, the code cannot be used again on the same account.
3. Some redeem codes are single-use and cannot be shared across multiple accounts. Please keep such codes safe and complete the redemption as soon as possible.
4. Most redeem codes have a corresponding expiration date. Expired codes cannot be redeemed.
5. Upon successful redemption, the in-game rewards will be sent to your in-game "Mail". In general, mail is valid for 30 days from the date of sending. After this period, it may be automatically deleted, so please claim your rewards promptly.
6. If you encounter any issues during the redemption process, please contact customer support via our social media pages or the official Discord.
